He has seen a lifetime of ministry work, including mission work with World Vision, bible school planting in Asia, and over twenty years in various pastoral roles in local churches.
He founded Arrows College as a teaching and resource ministry to the Body of Christ, and is the Apostolic Leader of D-Net Churches, a network that carries his desire to see churches strengthened to become intentional disciple-making cell churches. As the Senior Pastor of Faith Community Church, he enjoys leading a team of people who loves God passionately and loves people practically. All this never seems like work to him – his conviction for advancing God’s kingdom fuels everything he does.
One of his passions in ministry is expository preaching, particularly preaching through the entire Bible from Genesis to Revelation. He’s only finished 16 books so far, but he’s hardly daunted with having 50 more to go, and remains excited to complete his goal one day.
Benny is known for his down-to-earth humour and approachable leadership style. He is happily married to his biggest supporter, Cecilia, and has three children: Joel, Abigail, and Rachel. In his free time he enjoys people-watching in cafes and is moved deeply by movies that showcase the better side of human life.
Has had a prolific career in the banking and financial sector prior to being called into ministry as an associate pastor in Singapore. He moved to Perth, Australia, founded Faith Community Church and was its Senior Pastor. Today, he is an elder and part of the Local Advisory Council. He was on the board of the Bible College of Western Australia and its chairman until his resignation. Ps. Cheng Lai holds a Masters in Ministry from Harvest Bible College Melbourne.
He is married to Ellen and have a daughter – Louella.

Pastor Amos serves the tertiary students at Faith Community Church and has done so for over nine years and counting! Ps. Amos has a passion to raise a generation of young people that leave a legacy of God’s glory and grace on our society.
Kin Ho had been actively serving in youth ministries in Malaysia during his early years. After more than 16 illustrious years in the banking industry, he retired and moved to Perth with his family in end-2008. He now serves in the church as a full-time volunteer. Apart from his involvement in FCC and Arrows College, he is also serving as CEO of Touchpoint Community Services (a community arm of FCC), since its inception. Kin Ho is committed to seeing Christians achieve their full potential and is passionate about helping young people grow in their walk with God.
He is married to Jessica and has two children – Sam and Daniel.
